Unmatched emails are stored for admin review. If the email was sent to a platform alias, it's forwarded to the designated admin email address.

You'll be prompted to upgrade. We never delete your data — you simply won't be able to add new invoices or clients until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through the Billing page. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for upgrades.
Free accounts with no activity for 6 months are automatically cleaned up. Paid accounts are never affected. We send a warning email before any cleanup occurs.
Go to Settings → Close Account. This permanently deletes your account and all data. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security policies to ensure your data is isolated from other users. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for additional security.
