With nearly three decades of hands-on experience across the IT industry, our founder brings a rare combination of deep technical knowledge and executive-level business acumen.
His career spans the full spectrum of IT — from repairing and recycling server hardware at the ground level, to managing hosted server platforms for major online providers at one of the UK's leading hosting companies. He has served as Operations Director and IT Director across multiple organisations, and has implemented and administered SAP ERP systems across an entire group of companies.
This breadth of experience — working both in the trenches and in the boardroom — gave him a firsthand understanding of the real operational pain points businesses face every day: chasing customers for overdue payments, managing complex system integrations, and building custom workflows that actually fit the way teams work.
